Our CrossFit Kids programme is B.I.G (Broad, General & Inclusive) Fun!
CrossFit Kids is not a watered down version of CrossFit. It is a programme designed specifically with the needs of our kids in mind. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specific sports. Sports are specialized pursuits. Our goal is to develop a rounded love to healthy living!
Just like regular CrossFit Classes, our kids programme is universally scalable. We use the same movement for our 5 year old as we do for our 12 year olds – we scale the load and the intensity, but we do not change the programme.
Our kids programme currently caters for 5-12 year olds offering a coached hour of fun. All kids start in this programme.
We will soon be launching our Advanced Kids Programme. This class will cater to our growing community of teenagers, as well as fast tracking our older and more advanced kids – offering more challenging movements, loads and intensity
All kids classes are capped at 12 athletes and have 1-3 experienced kids coaches.
